Is Kent shaving soap w/ bowl a good deal at $19.50

I am interested to try the Mitchell's Woolfat soap.
I have read that Kent shaving soap is just a repackaged Mitchell's.

GBKENT on eBay is selling a soap with the wooden bowl for £11.45 including shipping, that's less than 20 US$. Does that seem like a great deal?

I need a wooden bowl. And some more shaving stuff. And maybe some after shave too..................
