heppenstall safety razor.

I won the bottom razor in a lot today, and can't find much of anything about it.
It says Heppenstall on the side of it, but it looks identical to a Barbasol. I pasted two photos together, one is a Barbasol and the other is the Heppenstall.
I've found nothing online tying the two companies together. Anybody know something about it?

I finally shaved with this today.
Mild, but nice.
The plating on the cap isn't as nice as on a barbasol. It's inferior, bumpy, and obviously so from the factory.
What struck me was how well balanced it felt while shaving. I remember thinking this massive handle is going to shift way too much weight to the other side of my fingers. AND THEN I LOOKED at what I was doing. Somehow, subconsciously, I had compensated by moving my fingers to the very tip of the handle. How did that happen? I don't remember doing that!
