So, I am in the process of purchasing my first safety razor. At first I was set on the Merkur 34c or 38c but several people have suggested I go with the EJ DE89L and I think that is the one I have decided on. My question though is where to buy this in America? The shop I see selling them is located in England so I would imagine it would take a while to got to me. These are the two razors I am currently considering but will probably go with the lined chrome because it is quite a bit cheaper:

Any suggestions on where to find in America? Or anybody know if this site offers fairly quick shipping?

I bought mine from them and it arrived within 3 days. I have been DE shaving just long enough to buy a bunch of razors. In my opinion the EJ89L is the most refined, best balanced razor I tried. And on top of that it still has a very reasonable price compared to other DE razors.

I would recommend it over the other 6 DEs I have purchased in the last few months.

I bought this razor as my first DE razor in January. I can't speak highly enough about it, although I also have nothing to really compare it to.
