I have all three. Progress is the best shaver of the bunch. I wish that weren't true

I'm not a huge fan of the looks of the stock progress but really like my Eskimo Progress. In terms of shave quality I find the Progress better than any other adjustable. The only adjustables I have not tried are the Vision and Toggle.

Thanks to all for your input. I've decided what I'll do. I'm going to buy the Progress to satisfy my itch, in the mean time I'll watch for good deals on the fat boy and slim for future purchases. Now another question...Progress long or short? Just not going to spend the money on the mergress if I could even find one, or the eskimo. Thanks again!

It depends on your preference. I prefer shorter handles, like bulldogs, so I would go with the short. This is completely a preference issue as it won't effect the shave.
