All of this is subjective because we all use different amounts of pressure and different angles. What does matter is the blade geometry, gap and exposure. With that mix, my preference is the Henson razor.

Gillette New Long Comb, just a killer mild and efficient razor.

Blackbird. It's super efficient and gives irritation free shaves with a wide variety of blades. You need to use no pressure though and a good lather.

My posts from a year ago suggesting the Pre- and Post-war Gillette Techs and the Timeless Ti and Stainless razors are still appropriate.

Today, I'd add a number of other DE razors (there are a number of SE razors that would make a 'universal' list):

Fatip Lo Storto Originale (FOCS)
Blackland Blackbird and Dart
Charcoal Goods Brass Level2, Stainless Everyday Razor
Personna "BBS-0" (if you can find one)
RazoRock GC84-P and BBS

Will add others as they come to mind.
