I don't really notice any Sandalwood: it is very Cedar dominant to my nose.
Windsor is a bit too cologne like for me. I had Arlington many years ago and found it a bit too sweet. I haven’t smelled their sandalwood but I typically like that scent.I like Windsor and Sandalwood colognes. They’re the most natural. Arlington and Marlborough are suspect, especially in higher amounts.

To my nose it has no sandalwood, all I get is a wonderful cedar scent.how would you all characterize the sandalwood component?

Noticable but balanced?

I don’t get anise at all, but the camphor is prominent which I like. Trumper Paisley cologne is a strong star anise fragrance.If you like the scent of star anise then you would love the DRH Sandalwood.
