$250 Auto Strop?

Anybody see the Valet Auto-Stop on the bay selling for $250 BIN? I'd say it's in "fair" condition. This guy seems to think that the one he has is exceptionally rare, but I've seen mint AS go for $25 with a Strop, which this lacks. Am I missing something?

Seen a few xtra minty and even NOS Valet's go for $25-$50 on the bay...I didn't search for this one....I'm guessing it's just a case of wishful thinking!
