20 mins in the pool. Simulated tri swim for the first ten minutes, which was probably a bit over 440 yds, or the quarter mile that we'll be doing.

1100 yds yesterday, mix of free, breast and backstrokes.

600 yds of free intervals today.
 
Half mile in the pool. The air temp dove to 60 degrees today, but the pool still has to be 70. Projected temp for next Sunday's triathlon is 58 degrees at dawn, warming to 78, and I sure hope the water temp is near 70. Not wearing a wetsuit...
 
Just did 45 minutes on the elliptical. Trying to get active again after an ongoing battle with gout. It's not gone but the rheumatologist seems to be on the right track.
