What's your workout today?

Just did 45 minutes on the elliptical. Trying to get active again after an ongoing battle with gout. It's not gone but the rheumatologist seems to be on the right track.

Good man! My guess is that being active will help in the long run.
 
I got a Fitbit for Christmas which has helped me keep on point. Well I've been working out about 2 months previous to getting a Fitbit it's certainly good to see your progress.
Last week I've been hitting the 10,000 step mark. Usually I go past that the walk five and a half miles a day. Had to hustle today before the rain came but I managed to do 10000 steps or about 5 miles.
 
Walking with Polar HRM. I hit some nice HR peaks by sorta-running up hills.

Trying to get back to the gym. Been doing very limited in what exercises I do, to try to figure out what I can do with my injury. Just Bench and Incline today.
