I am drinking pre-ground Lion Coffee from Hawaii. It has a slight sweetness, but over-all, it tastes rather very stale, sort of like Maxwell House. Now, to be fair, I am sure the whole-bean version might be a tad bit better. Slow brew with Cuisinart.
Stopped by a local coffee shop in Canandaigua, NY yesterday. It was called Dalai Java and they roast their own beans on site. Had a cold brew and picked up a bag of Mexican beans. It was much better than the morning cup at IHOP Niagara falls, Canada, although the view was better there.
