Pistachio nuts, the kind that come already shelled so that I can eat volumes of them without tearing up my winter-embrittled thumbnails.
Pumpkin seeds, roasted in the oven similar to @TexLaw's technique, misted with soy sauce and a bit of garlic powder.
Today was meat and almonds. I won’t mention the cheese.
Okay, so my shucking station looks like a crime scene but these oysters (a gift from my daughter) shucked open beautifully. We paired with a Chandon bland de Pinot noir sparkler.
