Hi all.
This is my first post here on B&B.
Found this thread a few months back and been trying to catch up.
Currently I'm on page 500 (10000 posts), and have been inspired to start 3017ing my soaps and creams.
Started yesterday with a T&H creme sample

MWF still going strong, in fact hardly looks used. The AP shaveco synthetic and this soap are a match made in heaven

I've been working from home since early March and I have to say I think I'm getting a glimpse into the not-to-distant future when I retire. It seems I've fallen into the habit of shaving twice per week rather than every day. Suddenly my stash of high quality soaps as tripled in size. At this rate my current 3017 victim, a tube of Trumpers, well last until July.
How long have you been working on it?
One month of La Toja. I’ve used 3 cm of a 7 cm stick. I overload, I’m sure, but I love the scent and performance and I have several sticks left.

Williams lasts just over a month for me. I put a layer of water on top while showering and load aggressively. Another option is using it like a stick. You can certainly make it last months, though. It’s slickness allows you to get a good shave with a thin coat of lather, but I like a bit more substantial lather from Williams. I say do the Williams!
