Will Proraso ever get good?

I actually prefer the soap over the cream -- last time I used the cream, while traveling, it just didn't do it for me. The soap, I think, lubricates quite well, and is better than other mass produced soaps like Tabac or Williams. The numbing happens when you use the Proraso pre-shave -- without it, the soap is mostly just cooling.

Proraso was my first shaving soap and am still using it. Has a funky smell but Its grown on me. Just bought a cheap $2 soap from walmart and dropped it into the bottom of an old coffed cup. Works great! Just ordered my first 2 soaps from mama bear and anxious to try them.
