Wife Not a Fan of Barbasol Brisk!

I prefer barbershop type scents and most of my aftershaves are old school and drugstore types like Pld Spice, Clubman, Bay Rum, Aqua Velva, etc. Well, last summer after reading some threads comparing various AS like Brut, Skin Bracer, and Barbasol Brisk I grabbed some Brisk from the local dollar place. So today after a nice shave I decided a splash of Brisk to freshen up. Fresh out of the shave den, walking by my loving wife in the living room...

She said, "Did you just spray some Lysol somewhere?"

Hmmmm? I guess she is not a fan!

Barbasol Brisk is good stuff but, not everyone likes the menthol smell so, I understand where she is coming from.

I would if I could get it in a Glass Bottle. Plus it doesn't help I have never seen it here in the Great White North known as Canada.

Try it! I still think it is good stuff.

A couple times this past week I used Brisk and followed it with Mennen Afta balm. Perfect, & less than $4 all together.

On the plus side, Lysol is an excellent disinfectant. Got to be good for those little nicks and burns.
