Why No Pinaud Clones?

Not even Clubman.

Granted, the price of the original is low and I am very satisfied with it. However, there clones of several other inexpensive name-brand aftershaves. Aqua Velva, Brut and Old Spice are a few that come to mind.

I wonder why?

Pinaud isn't mainstream like the others. Plus, the scents are probably harder to duplicate.

Yeah, I'd have to go with the other beauty supply lines too. Lustray, Master, Black Magic, Stephens. They're all barbershop products like Pinaud, but many of them aren't used much outside the industry. You can find them at the bigger beauty supply stores.

IMHO there are clones.

They are some of the Masters aftershaves.

Masters seems to make aftershaves that mimic Pinaud Clubman, Old Spice etc.
