I now have all my plastic bottle AS's decant'd to amber bottles, reducers, etc... most labels transfer easily, except for the Clubman since it's unprotected paper.

Made a mash-up label of Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia (the Extra Añejo is wonderful) and Pinaud because apparently taking both Friday and Monday off wasn't enough. OK back to work now...

I'm a big proponent of decanting Clubman. Here was my project this morning — from left to right:
  • Clubman
  • Special Reserve
  • Virgin Island Bay Rum
  • Lilac Vegetal
  • Lustray Blue Spice
  • Skin Bracer
  • Old Spice
… Plus one huge mason jar filled with Cholula.

I have never tried the Blue Lustray. You'd recommend? Is it like anything else I might be familiar with?

I did decant, but I only have Clubman, Bay Rum, Whiskey Woods and Lilac Vegetal.

I love Blue Spice. It’s greatly superior to other Lustray aftershaves I’ve tried (Spice and Draggon Noir). The scent is pretty unique, I can’t think of a good comparison. It’s got a certain I-know-it-when-I-smell-it cheap barbershop quality, but I couldn’t actually describe the scent. I just bought another 14 oz bottle earlier today, on sale for under $5 at one of the barber supply websites.

I just started using Virgin Island Bay Rum. I received the bottle yesterday, opened it and tried it, and it smelled great! I immediately decanted it into a glass bottle, but the bottle only holds 6 ounces and I accidentally bought the 12 ounce version of the AS, so I put the half-filled plastic bottle in the drawer so I could get another glass bottle later in the week.

This morning I decided to use the AS for the first time, but thought I would use some from the plastic bottle. When I opened it, I immediately got hit with a skunk smell! It had developed in about 12 hours!

I wouldn't be surprised if some skunks showed up looking to mate
Would one of them be Pepe LePew?

Another recommendation for the Blue Spice. I would recommend decanting it as well

It definitely has a hard to describe scent. When I mix equal parts of it with Stephan’s brand lilac it reminds me of the smell of the barbershop that I used to go to when I was in middle and high school

It's pretty darn close to Floid blue.
