Someone may have beat me to it, but here goes....Not a shave scene but in American Psycho, Christian Bale narrates that he doesn't use aftershave with alcohol because it dries out his skin.
In Buffy the Vampire slayer (the movie) Luke Perry tries to shave with a straight.

I love that TV show, i have all the seasons. ( I love Sarah Gellar, she married Part Puerto Rican/German actor Freddy Prinze Jr. )
Yeah LOVE the show and Gellar. I am also a BIG Joss Wheden fan too.

He directed one of my fave films and 3rd highest gross film of all time...............
Jimmy Fallon (of NBC Late Night fame) has been growing a beard for 2 weeks now. He just announced that tonight (Monday,) the beard will go. He will be shaving during the commercial breaks and coming back from each break with a different style of facial hair.
OMG ... he's being dry-shaved with electric clippers.
It certainly counts as a shaving scene, but its painful to watch.

Classic French movie "The Wages of Fear" (1953) Men are hired to drive truck loads of nitroglycerin to an oilrig fire in South America.
At about the 2 hour mark one of the men shaves in the truck cab with a DE. When his partner asks him why he's shaving when they could be blown to bits at any moment, he tells him about his father who asked for a shower before being shot by the Germans during the war.
