I couldn't cut a single hair with it and tossed it after a couple of strokes. I wonder if the edge has rusted away - though I don't see any visible rust. Certainly is not a very sharp blade. I don't know how old these are but the tuck was still sealed in cellophane. Anyone know how to read the date code? 4A1507201
