What's the key to unlock this lather door?

Ha, the soap lathers easy, I just used too much water the first time.
I was also using a brand new badger brush and being new to wet shaving in general, I’m just not used to how much water certain brushes hold (namely badgers).

2nd time around, I just added water little by little until until it had a yogurt-like consistency.
(That’s another thing I’m learning as a new wet shaver- that some soaps like more water or less water, and some have a high loft and some don’t).
