It weighs 40oz empty sans sight. I don’t think a person on the receiving end would think it’s a toy and the stock tigger is very nice.
As to the SRO, it just does the job very well. I have a Holosun that I thought would become my mainstay, but I went and bought a second SRO, because I prefer it that much.

Trijicon SRO. Doesn’t look very low profile but it’s Trijicon. Gets good reviews.
It conceals well. What’s nice is the speed of sight acquisition, particularly when looking at your target and picking it up in your peripheral vision while at a low ready.

101 At garage door. Sixteenth day at 100 or higher already this year.
It’s been brutal. Haven’t been able to get out in the eve until 7:30 or 8.
