Rockwell Level 4 , old blade wizamet with at least 6 shaves. Great shave , haven't used this razor forever, love it still. Ogallo bay rum and sandalwood with my usual soap..tabac.

Blade Gillette 7 O'clock Super Platinum 1st + a shim
Shave with razor paired with the blade+shim was very smooth and comfortable at setting 9 for 3passes without any issues and a mostly bbs finish.

This one is very mild, probably the mildest of all the Techs I have. It's one of the later acquired Techs (bought last year). I only had 20 or so shaves with it, but it is milder even compared to my 1979 Tech. Don't think I will use it often.
With me the 7 O'clocks Super Platinums can't achieve a BBS even @9.
Is that razor fully tightened? If so, that guard seems slanted to my eyes. The gap on the left is smaller than on the left. This is a very common case with the Super Adjustables.
