Gillette '58 TV Special Super Speed with a BIC Astor Stainless (3) for the right side of my face and a BIC Chrome Platinum (3) for the left side. Both of these blades hit their shave 3 sweet spot today, like a hot knife through butter! Still can't tell the difference between them.
1969 Gillette Super Adjustable 109 / Nacet (5) / Trufitt-Hill Sandalwood / Pinaud Clubman -- first shave w/new to me black beauty I picked up last weekend for $4.00 that was nasty dirty w/some plate loss on the base plate, but after a bit of work cleaning w/Dawn, and fixing an overclock issue, I got antsy and decided to give it a shot before checking the blade gap... It did fine on 7, but I noticed a bit of irritation and one weeper afterward. Considering it barely opened before cleaning, I missed the ever so slight lazy door and I see now the gap is larger on one side than the other--I'll tweak it with a butter knife later, check the gaps and should be good to go. Short before and after below:
