What happened to my Proraso?

About a week ago, my tube of Proraso shave cream got baked in the back of my car during a 103-degree day in this hot Texas Summer. Trying to use it later, I found it to have hardened. Now it is very difficult to get out of the tube, as though it had dried out, though it was tightly capped. No change when I kneaded it in an attempt to soften it. I suppose that I could cut the tube open to see if it separated, then try to re-emulsify it if it has.
What would you do with it now?

The heat probably dried it out. Cut the tube open and use the cream as a soap.

Proraso is cheap. Go down to Bath and Body Works, and buy yourself a new tube.

Pour about a teaspoon amount of water into the tube and leave it for a couple of days, if it still hasn't softened enough just keep repeating this process until it does.
