Waterfront property

Anyone want some waterfront property? New Brunswick has a LOT of it right now. To paraphrase the Hip: New Brunswick is sinking man, and I don't wanna swim. 31454046_10156116090470115_101409177200492544_n.jpg 31483966_2159197517431672_8750514274287108489_n.jpg 31662207_10156116089935115_6811845855469895680_n.jpg Db6ArSWVMAAJRwQ.jpg Nicole_Chris.jpg panorama downtown.jpg

Is it from melting ice? An annual thing?
We flood here every spring, the joys of living along a major river. However this ones worse than normal. Between a ton of snow up north, several days of +20C warm spell followed by a lot of rain things got a little out of hand.
