Anyone want some waterfront property? New Brunswick has a LOT of it right now. To paraphrase the Hip: New Brunswick is sinking man, and I don't wanna swim.

We flood here every spring, the joys of living along a major river. However this ones worse than normal. Between a ton of snow up north, several days of +20C warm spell followed by a lot of rain things got a little out of hand.
