Visited Lifechek Drugstore in Houston today....

....thanks to a tip on this board, I heard the had old school shaving supplies and it its correct. A few photos below:

Picked up this DE that I've never seen before....only $7.99:

The only blades they had for sell were the Wilkinson in the black box and Schick Injectors in the yellow box.

The area of town it is in is near some neighborhoods populated by older, upper-middle class folks....from the look of some of the customers I'll bet they've been shopping here for years. I've never seen such a quantity of Brylcreem boxes that didn't have dust on them.

I've never seen that much Pinaud in a store before. I wish stores around here were more like that.

Nope, I did the same thing. It looks like Clubman, Special Reserve, Musk, Bay Rum, Lime Sec & Citrus Musk...I may be missing one or two.

There's a salon supply store south of downtown Fort Worth that has a pretty good selection of different things. Lots of AS and balms, some cream (Arko,Derby) and a couple of different soaps. None of it is high end, but there's a pretty good selection really

I used to work in Bellaire off 610 but now they moved me Downtown so its harder for me to get over there. They have tight hours. M-F 8:30-6 and Sat 9-4.

Was ticked to death to find that cheap razor there. Reminds me of the razor from Boots that Paul H used in this vid.
