I use vintage blades exclusively, stainless mostly but also some few but carefully chosen carbons as well. So mine are kept in boxes but you guys that collect I'd love to see pics of your displays if you keep them that way.
I have a hundred or so of those, use them, and they are friccin great blades. From today’s antique fair, a pack of Gillette blades for a 64-65 Slim Adjustable. Still has the user directions folded inside. Amazing is has survived over 50 years. Found in the bottom of a junk box with the wrapper mostly intact. Will make a nice prop inside the correct slim case

so 300x100 =30,000? If so wow, might be the most epic blade score in history. If your Grandpa decides to sell them, their would be plenty takers here I'm sure.Hello,
My friend helped his grandpa clean out his storage, and they found approximetly 300, 100-packs of these Perma-Sharp blades. Can anyone tell us the history about these blades? He gave me a tuck of 5 blades to shave with, and they shaved wonderfully.
Yes, 30000 blades... He is not my grandpa, it's my friends grandpa. Apperantly, grandpa had a car dealership in the 1960's an onward, he took these blades as a partial car payment. DE blades fell out of fashion, and they been sitting in storage ever since.so 300x100 =30,000? If so wow, might be the most epic blade score in history. If sealed they might be ok to use. Especially the very late versions made in the 80's.I have some Gillette Super Blue blades somewhere. I haven't used them and sort of don't want to.
BEAUTIFUL !!!I found this display case in an antique store some time ago. It needed some fixing, but repairs were easy. I think it was originally for spices or thread. Fits blade packs nicely. This is roughly half my collection. The rest are stored in a tote box.
