Van Der Hagen Combination?

Hi guys -

I've melted VDH Deluxe into my mug before (thx to instructions IIRC I found here), and it worked out fine.
Here's a good question: For UBER smoothness, do you think it would be OK, and possible, to melt VDH Deluxe and VDH Glycerin together?

Any thoughts appreciated!

You CAN melt just about any soaps together, given a little time and care. Run them through a cheese grater, dump them in a double broiler, add a little water, heat, stir, don't burn, and dump them into a container and let harden.

For UBER smoothness though, you might just try melting VDH Deluxe with regular liquid glycerin, which you can pick up at the drug store.
