Unmarked razor ID?

Hi all,
Picked this razor up for next to nothing. I haven't done any cleaning yet, obviously. However, there are no marks on it whatsoever. Wondering if anyone might have an idea as to what it is. I included one of my Techs in the pics for size comparison. Whaddya think?

There are tons and tons of razors in the wild that say nothing but "Germany" on them or "Made in Germany". And unfortunately, most of them look the same. So it's almost impossible to pin point any one manufacturer without some sort of special characteristic, mark or design. Good luck.
