I think just in Israel.
It's sold in most markets.
Because it's sort of a private label I don't think you'd find it online.

Oh sure. I have about 20 years of experience with them. If I had to give a comparison it's like shaving with a rusty Dorco. That's why Israeli men jump on every non-Israeli woman that happens to cross their way. If you've ever talked with an Israeli guy about Israeli woman, you should know. Also, take into account Israeli women treat foreigners much better than they do Israelis.
As to the shaving cream, it's very good. But hard to find. Even MEM is easier to find. I've bought about 10 tubes last time I saw it.

Saw this in Israeli supermarket today:
Those Vatika creams must be new over there because in all the times I went to Israel I never once saw them.
