The TH Sandalwood I sampled, smelled nothing at all like AoS's interpretation.
(AoS's version is in my personal top 2 shaving-related sandalwoods.)

I think he meant he likes the aos sandalwood scent better.

In my experience, it's not a straight sandalwood scent. More cologney. And the fragrance oil does make it a bit drying. It's a quality cream though. I like T&H, but the Sandalwood was not for me. I hope you enjoy it.

Do you find this only for T&H samples and not for other pouched samples?

That's the only pouched samples I have tried. The other samples have been in tins or plastic storage containers and they have been fine.

(Creightons used to manufacure the cream base for the 3Ts, DRH and AoS; apparently, they no longer do,
for TOBS, DRH and AoS.)
