I think obtaing the address of the next person before you get the box or when you get the box would speed up the transfer. That was my holdup. I waited til I was done with sampling and preparing my samples, which took about 7-10 days. I think that is an appropriate length for something like this. Some things I Have some things I wasn't interested in. I wanted to wait til I got the box before preparing my samples and donations. I have a rather large collection so I didn't want to put in duplicates, or redundant samples. I also had to do an inventory/ cleansing/ purging of the box.
There are still a few samples I have no idea what they are due to bleeding.
I saw, and used, and will now implement with my own atomizers, Teflon tape. Also used my printer to make labels instead of pen or sharpie. Thank you to whoever showed me the light. Some of my own atomizers leak a little thus causing my ink to bleed. I am in the process of Teflon taping and making labels with my printer. Brilliant.

smoothie72: I agree totally. I started putting aside items months in advance, but still scrambled around once box arrived. It was hectic because there were plenty to try that I hadn't before, and unless you don't mind the whole house being full of different scents all at once, you have to find some way to pace things.
I immediately put aside those I knew about; started figuring out how to add what I had to the pile; got to where I would spray, leave on for an hour or two, vigorously wash off and try another. But definitely, the biggest thing to have ready is your pile of what you don't want or are willing to send off as samples or freebies. And absolutely, label makers are the way to go.

Does anyone have a recommendation for buying sample bottles? I have some bigger bottles I want to give some samples from. I know I have a year to wait, but I will get around to procrastinating tomorrow.
Check out bestbottles.com they have nice glass atomizers pretty cheap
So guys, I finally got the colognes moved out. I'm terribly sorry for the hold up. Was just busy with work and havent been able to make it to the post office. But the money's good. I added quite a few samples to the box for the trouble. Some free soap samples to be had as well. I appreciate the chance and was pretty impressed overall with the box.
