TELL me what to expect from Captain's Choice Bay Rum

Hi Gents: Hope all is well with you & your families. This afternoon I recently purchased Captain's Choice Bay Rum. I have heard many great things about the Captain and can't believe I have not purchase one. As the saying goes... it's better to be late than never. So. . . for those who have used the Captain let me know what to expect.

I have 3 bay rum's and CC is the best. Moderate burn, excellent healing, and long lasting smooth spicy fragrance.

Long lasting scent is one I won't agree with. It seems to dissipate fairly quick, about an hour for me. Now Clubman on the other hand seems to hang around all day. CC is still a great aftershave. I particularly like the Lime.

My favorite bay rum. Really leaves my skin feeling great: soothed and moisturized. Nice healthy burn that is not at all overwhelming.

It's the best! I joined the challenge for October to use all the same gear for every shave, The Captain Original is on my list- wouldn't have a shave any other way. It feels and smells great. Leaves my face feeling moisturized and also in the morning after a shave is a nice wake-me-up to start the day. The scent is not all day strong, but I do catch whiffs of it from time to time through the day, that's what I like about it. It's not overwhelming and it doesn't intrude on others. As stated at the beginning, it's the Best!
