Successfully made my own

I found a couple 100ml blue cobalt shaker bottles on closeout at Whole Foods in the soap, lotion and oils aisle, and grabbed some Essenial Oils and Aloe juice.I figured for kicks I would give it a shot to make my own aftershaves and spice up my el cheapo VHD soaps as well.

Using a modified formula suggested over st SMF, I filled the bottles about 3/4 full with witchhazel, added 3 teaspoons of aloe vera juice/gel, about 1/2 teaspoon of Essential Oil (peppermint, sandalwood, lime) and then added enough EVOO to leave enough room to shake everything up in the bottle.

This gives me me a pretty decent splash for scent as well as restore some moisture and tone my face. The amount of EO works for my skin without irritation, YMMV, add them little by little.

I tried out the peppermint last night along with me peppermint infused VDH soap, and it makes for a very nice combination.
