Three passes, really working on a light touch - and it is working out well. A nice, smooth shave - a very DFS.
I did get a better shave yesterday with the C&E Sienna SS than I did with the Proraso today, even though I had a nice lather. Maybe I'm becoming a soap guy after all?

Since I spent most of the morning out in the Houston heat mowing the lawn, I decided to spend a little extra time in the shave. So I did the hot towel prep followed by some face massage. This was the first shave with the British Super Speed, which is basically a no-gap Flair-tip Rocket. A very nice handling razor that has the same shaving characteristics as the US 50's flair tip (same head profile as the 40's style super speeds). Nice combo with the Iridium. All in all, a nice way to relax after a couple of hours in the oven.

Shaved with Gillette after using one and a half month my Merkur HD Slant only. Well the shave was not very pleasant. I guess this means the Slant will be the only razor I´ll use from now on
