Friday Fool's Day SOTD- extremely nice BBS- result, no mishaps a wonderful shave with some orange involved:

Razors: Gillette Tech- always delivers a fine shave
Blades: Wizamet SI (3)- just fine today
Brush: Omega 10108 Pro boar- breaking in great and the Captain's copper bowl is helping
Soap/Cream: Moon Soaps Amaretto- this sticky cream whips up into a great lather, smells of sweet and enticing almond to me
Post-shave: cold rinse, Clubman VIBR splash to seal and add a bit of spice, then Moon Soaps Amaretto ASB to soften

Comments	59th shave with the Ethos Lavender. The brush today is my Paladin PK 47. This PK 47 will always have a place in my den. It is my first Paladin and I got it at the Sue Auction some years ago. Like all Paladin brushes, it does a superb job and feels great. The soap is being used up rather fast and I posted a picture of it yesterday in the 3017 thread. This is the third shave with the Timeless/Med Prep combo. As usual, the Timeless/Med Prep combo is great. Smooth and efficient. A nice BBS shave with little effort. made specially for me by my good friend Doug (@Rosseforp):

For anyone who's interested the loaded Hybrid Tech head weighs in at 32g (so the complete loaded razor with its GT Handle weighs 46g).

Naturally, my first Hybrid Tech shave was in order...

Results: In honor of "Orange Week" I used this orange shave kit. I found the Treet Platinum from a blade sampler. The blade was sharp & smooth. The Fatip Grande is a stellar performer that delivers excellent shaves. Rare face lather with my Yaqi Moka Express Synthetic 24mm brush. Cremo Moisturizing Coconut Mango Shave Stick is an outstanding performer. Slick moist lather, good razor glide & smells great. TSA friendly, great for travel. I recommend it. I used the Trader Joe's Cream Shave as an A/S Balm & finished the shave with the great smelling Aqua Velva Musk A/S Cologne. Despite my RAD & shaving with other razors in my small collection, Fatip remains my North Star. So on this Orange Fatip Friday, I had a very smooth & comfortable shave. The great Grande, a modern classic, easily mowed down my 69 hours growth of wiry gray stubble. No bloodshed. No irritation. BBS result. Great Shave!!

A new eclectic shave set up to start the weekend...It's been while since i last added the Muhle R41...With the lightest of touch both the razor & blade was a smooth duo slicing through my stubble with effortless ease.

Another comfortable 2 pass + pick ups shave with no errors to report....Finishing the shave off with a few small squirts of Milton Lloyd Essentials No9 EdP to the chest & pulse points.

My face is feeling silky smooth & smelling divine.
