Well, this is Day 4 of my plunge into wet shaving--so far, so good! I'm still waiting for my Merkur Vision to arrive--evidently from Pluto. Till then I'm getting by with a Mach3, and changing blades like crazy, which seems to help lots.

Today was my best shave by a mile--really smooth, feels great. Here's what I used:

Gillette Mach 3 Turbo (sorry!!!)
Trumpers Sandalwood cream
SR101 shave brush--small, but mighty!
Nivea A/S balm

Looking forward to trying out the Vision, some Nancy Boy cream and CAR A/S that are on the way!!!

Tried something new with the lather. Worked my Col. Conk Lime soap for several swirls and then dropped some Taylor's Avocado down in the brush - not sure if I like the result, but it was an interesting change of pace.

jojoba oil and Hydrolast a/s conditioner.
