Brush: Semogue Torga-C3 Finest Mistura 22/49
Soap: TFS Mandarino Tachibana
Razor: RazoRock SS Lupo 95 head on El Fantasma handle
Blade: Personna Red (2)
ASL: Iced Orange (home brew)

A most pleasant shave.

I'm sticking with my Lupo 95 GT till my Yuma YM-403's custom handle shows up (next weekend hopefully). Either of these two razors along with today's hardware and software are my current shave benchmarks, and the tools responsible for my best shaves to date. :biggrin1:

Happy shaves guys. :cornut:

Simpson Classic Synthetic 🤮
Lord L6 with a Razorock SS handle with a Lord Asco SS (1) 👍
Henri et Victoria Lime 💕
Frye & Co balm 🙂

Good shave but I really dislike this Simpson Classic Synth. Not a good brush by any stretch. I have used it about a dozen times and don’t think I can even bring myself to using it as a travel brush. 👎

Friday shave

71741019-3780-4C22-B719-1069A459F82E.jpeg

Prep: Neutrogena Razor Defense face scrub
Soap: Southern Witchcrafts Tres Matres
Brush: Omega B&B boar
Razor: 1940s Gillette Super Speed, #12
Blade: Lord Platinum, #1
Post: alum -> adidas get ready! aftershave

Two passes plus a touch up and ended up with DFS everywhere but my lower neck, which had a few areas of CCS. First use of a Lord Platinum and it was so-so. Not as sharp as my baseline Astra SP and rougher, too. Left some irritation on my neck which is getting more painful as time goes on. Decent amount of alum feedback, too.

Soap Stirling Orange Chill
Brush Yaqi 26mm Orange Black
Razor Karve Brass SB-D (Prefer this to the F)
Blade Rapira Panhpa 1st (Original?)
Post & Aftershaves Alum + Stirling Witchhazel Orange Chill + Hyaluronic + TGS Orange Empire
Beautiful lather from the soap!! Great scent, thickly creamy and slick...just excellent!
Shave with razor paired with this questionable blade was truly amazing! Had some doubts if it's an original blade and would it cut...but from the 1st stroke to the last...atg on the upper lips...it was a wow! Barely felt smoothness, very comfortable and surprisingly it's efficient too. 3passes without any issues for a mostly bbs glass feel finish...awesome aftershaves as well!
