Comments	Using the Tech with the Feather blade for the 4th shave. This has turned out to be an excellent combo. Using a cream today: GFT Sandalwood. This is the 59th use of this cream and there are not too many shaves left in the tub. I will miss it when it's finished. I have too many soaps and creams so I will not replace it. A great early a.m. shave today. Off to my Saturday a.m. Men’s Bible Study soon Have a great day.

Razor: Gillette New long comb Canadian Variant- Mfg 1930's, excellent mid range, mostly excellent shaves, I like this handle for manipulating the razor.
Blade: Derby Premium(5), Sharp & smooth with good longevity, Derby's better blade IMO.
Soap: Italian barber Amici, nice mild citrus scent, great lather qualities. I enjoy Amici scents.
Brush: Yaqi 22 mm Cola, excellent lather generator, good handle ergonomics, cloud like soft tips, great scrub + great painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Italian barber Amici aftershave with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm with HA.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers = Excellent shave with my Gillette New OC with a Derby Premium blade.

I've been exclusively shaving with DE razors for over a year now, so thought maybe it was time to change things up.
The SE1 paired with a Schick Proline P-30 single edge blade is a very efficient combination. Was BBS after three passes.
Managed to nick my jawl with a careless stroke - still adjusting to the wider cutting edge of the SE blade. Also a touch of razor burn, likely due to a tad too much pressure.
Will adjust next time out. Lovely post shave from the Portus Cale soap, and also a lovely scent common to both the soap and EdT.
