SOTD Christmas Week (Dec 20- Dec 26) Contest

Dear Shavers,

The Christmas season is almost upon us and we at SOTD would like to run a contest in order to thank you all for your support during 2010. Please get your cameras ready, polish your razors and gather your Christmas decorations to take part in the SOTD Christmas Photo Competition 2010!


Rules Of The Contest (until I decide to change them )

• The contest will run from Monday 20 December until Sunday 26 December
• Please feel free to enter each and every day during this week with a SOTD photo
• Your friendly Mod Team will select the ten (10) most outstanding photos (limited to only one from each entrant, i.e. the best entry from each participant) and these ten photos will then be listed in a poll for the membership of B&B to select our Grand Prize winner
• We will also offer a Consolation Prize which is open to all participants (excluding our Grand Prize Winner). The winner of our Consolation Prize will be chosen at random from the posts made in our SOTD Christmas Contest thread.
• Discussion and encouragement of others in this contest is most definitely encouraged!

It's Christmas, so I figured you all might we willing to cut me some slack and allow me to post three shots of my SOTD--and what a shave it was! The spicy warmth of the bay rum filled the bathroom with a heavenly aroma. The Wacker was pulling a bit (I guess it needs to be romanced by the stones a bit), and I was concerned about what the result would be. Despite this fact, in two passes + touch up, I was absolutely BBS! I knew it was a good shave when the alum went on and I felt nary a sting; the S.70 Bay Rum had the same effect, it cooled the skin, but left not a bit of reminder that I'd just shaved.
