Comments	Today I decided to go with my Feather AS-D2 razor. Whenever I use this razor, I also use a Feather blade. This blade is perfect for this mild razor. I did my usual four-pass shave and the result was perfect. Today’s brush was a Shavemac 28 mm synthetic. The Haslinger soap I am using does not come in a container, so I put it in an empty container. Unfortunately, the container I used was small. It was a challenge to swirl the brush to load sufficient soap. The Haslinger was on its fifth use. Nevertheless, the lather was good, and I got a perfect shave. Have a wonderful day and weekend, folks.

SOTD from India

Blade was on 4th use. Stubble was 4+ days, hence took out my Indian Muhle R41 clone with misaligned head. Did not cut everything like a hot knife in butter but sharp enough and it is very efficient. Got one nick because it tugged around the chin which has pretty tough stubble. Alum stung a bit.

Did 3 passes: WTG + WTG + XTG

Delmy Menthol Plus gives a cooling-effect and I felt relieved with summer heat approaching 41 degrees. Then the aftershave's cooling gave comfort. Fitkari after shave gel does not cool, just neutral, but it does feel good for hours. Has good (and not too much) moisturizing and it feels as if it heals the nicks,cuts. Overall a good after shave gel (Fitkari simply means "Alum" in Hindi).

Razor : Yaqi Romulus 316 SSP SE 50mm with a Chippendale 316SSP handle. Mfg 2023>, mild to tame mid range depending on blade or gap shim used. I find this razor very enjoyable because it is nimble + for what reason my Kai Titian blade seems to last longer in this razor which is good for me. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Kai Captain Titian mild(8) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity.
Soap : Razorock M.F., nice cologne masculine scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Barber pole" 24mm 2band badger. Excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, Very nice splay scrubber + great lather painter. Great overall brush + handle is great for large handles.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock MF with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Romulus SSP razor with a Kai Captain titian mild blade.
