Just wanted to give my 2 cents worth about this very, very good shave cream.
I received a tin of the cream along with my brand new Simpsons Classic 1 Manchurian brush (the reviews and pics in another post)
...First thing I noticed is that this is a nice, shiny, somewhat firm cream with a clean, soapy scent (although it says it's unscented). I have previously read other reviews about this cream and it's performance so I was psyched to try it. I must mention that I added some Peppermint and Rosemary essential oil (about 10 drops each) to the cream last night, stirred up and let it sit till this morning. This combo of scents is pure refreshment IMO.
So I set my new Manchurian beauty in the scuttle with warm water for about 5 minutes, dipped the brush in the cream, swirled a few times to load the brush and began to face lather. BOOM, POW the lather simply exploded on my face!!! This cream is very easy to lather, does not need much water, incredibly slick and with ample cushion. My Red Tip with a Treet Black Beauty just skated across my face and allowed me to achieve a truly wonderful 3 pass BBS shave.
I'm normally not a cream guy by any means but this one will definitely work it's way into my rotation as it's performance is truly top notch!
