Shaving Cream Rotation?

I'm finding myself desiring different shaving creams depending on my mood. Just curious if I'm going overboard with wanting to try a bunch all at once. I can't wait to use up a whole tub before I want to try another.

How many of you guys keep more than one brand/scent on tap? And how many do you keep?

I recently purged many of my lesser used creams. So I probably have 5-10 creams, down from a peak of 15-20. And that is just the creams!

I keep 5 or 6 creams, but only two French soaps.

I bought mostly a bunch of cream samples starting off and glad I did. The only Creams I have now are Castle Forbes Lime and Castle Forbes Lavender.

...and out of the 10+ creams that I own, those (CF lavender and lime) are in the top three (top four overall, including soaps).

Stick around here long enough and you will see that you can never have enough.

I'm pushing 30+ creams and I know there are guys with way more than me.
Choosing which cream to use in the morning is all part of the fun. I could not imagine having to wait to use a whole tub before moving on to something different.

I have six creams in my normal rotation, and three or four others that I don't find myself wanting to use. I am about two months into wetshaving though, and if I had the money I would use a different cream each day of the month. You need to be prepared for whatever mood might come your way!

I rotate between 2 soaps or creams each week. When your rotation brings you back to a soap/cream you haven't used in a while you appreciate it more. Rotations are a good thing

The establishment of a 'rotation' is a time honored practice here at B&B. Don't wait to use up a tub before moving on; variety is the spice of life and all that...

I suspect that just about everyone here does, at least to some extent.

And how many do you keep?

Offhand, certainly 10+. Probably 20+, with about that many soaps. And plenty of refills on hand so I won't experience the horror of 'running out' of a favorite.

tho lately I've been using more of my soaps, especially my Omega cus the weather here has been unbelievably hot. Oh, and I think I'm developing some serious tallow lurve...

I have three creams and no soaps. I never shave with the same cream two times in a row. Nancy Boy Signature, Nancy Boy Replenishing, Castle Forbes Lavender. I don't count my tube of Billy Jealousy Hydroplane since I keep that in my travel kit, but I will very soon be adding a tub of the new Billy Jealousy Whipped Cream and I will probably pick up a tub of AOS Unscented before it gets reformulated by the new owners. Oh and I will definitely be wanting a tub of Taylor's Avocado.
Uh Oh ... is SCAD setting in?
I have been adding to my growing collection of NOS blades lately too.

I think the weirdest thing for me is the desire to have different brands of the same scent. I have TOBS and Coates rose creams, and I totally desire more. MORE!
