I currently have a tube or Proraso shaving cream and an almost empty AOS unscented shaving cream. Im debating on getting either the TOBS Sensitive skin shaving cream in the black tub or the T&H Ultimate comfort shaving cream. Is there a huge difference in the two that make T&H worth double the price? Or should I try a soap for the first time? Not sure which... hmmm. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Both are excellent. You can't go wrong with either although I seem to like Ultimate Comfort a little better.
Any particular reason you're only looking at unscented creams? I started out the same way, and if I stuck to unscented I would have missed out on 90% of the fun.
I prefer T&H - I think it is one of the best. The dollar value is up to you, but as it was said: buy them both!
T&H creams dont seem worth the price to me. I had 1805 at one point, was kind of let down by it.

Go ahead and try soap. I once used cream exclusively; however, once I tried soap, it became the norm. Now I only use cream occassionally.
I have tried both these creams, and restocked on TOBS but not on T&H. For me TOBS produced a consistently thicker lather while T&H did not. TOBS was also thicker in the jar. T&H has a pleasing and mild lavender fragrance while TOBS did not have a discernable scent.
What surprised me was that when I did manage to produce good lather from T&H, the shave was superior to what TOBS gave me regularly. The problem for me was that T&H was a hit or miss; I either got a great shave or a mediocre one.

I used a tub of T&H unscented cream for 2 1/2 years and am now using GT coconut cream. I liked the T&H a lot but am now using GT just for a change which I like also. I agree...try them all.
They're both great creams, but unless there's some reason you don't want to try soaps, this might be a good time to try one. I'll suggest Tabac, so you can try something new, a soap, and you can join us in Tabactober. Plus, it's a great soap!
IMO, the quality of both creams in terms of performance/lather are very similar (T&H lather might be a smidge denser), yet TOBS is about half the price of T&H, so... there you go.

I didn't think to tell you when I replied earlier, but both T&H and Trumpers have great sample packages for under $10 at their respective web sites. A good way to sample their wares for not too much money!
