SCS Arabica?

G'day folks.

Just got an order from Saint Charles Shave (ridiculously fast, by the way...nicely done, Sue!), and included with it was a puck of Arabica soap. Has anyone else tried this? I'll give it a spin in a couple days, but I'm wondering if I should expect anything before digging in.

Never used Arabica but SCS's line of soaps create a very dense and SLICK lather. I really like the moisturing quality of the soap as well. I find SCS soaps to be easy on the face. Very solid performing soap.

I haven't tried that scent, but SCS's soaps are really good. They produce a great lather, like SmoovD said it is dense, slick, and rather moisturizing.

Take your time with the lathering process. Add water bit and bit and fully incorporate it before adding the next bit.

If you do this you will be rewarded with a FANTASTIC lather. I don't know anything about the Arabica scent, but I love Sue's soaps. :thumbup1:

I tried it a good while ago and it smells just as expected... like fresh strong coffee which is how it is scented. It performed well, but it also led me to the conclusion that I don't like the smell of coffee-scented soap.

Holy Toledo...I just did a practice lather. Added a little stream of water at a time, after about 7-8 of those and about a minute of whipping I got what is probably the best lather I've ever seen.

I felt so guilty washing it all down the drain...I wish I could shave twice a day.:crying::sad:
