Scratch on DMT 600/1200

I need the insight from the more experienced straight shavers. I have a DMT 600/1200 that, based on what I've read, is a commonly used bevel setter by many of our members. However, this one has a small scratch on the 1200 side. Will this make the 1200 side of the plate unusable? When I run my finger over the scratch, I don't feel any roughness. My apologies for such an elementary question, but I am just getting into straights and don't want to ruin a blade right off the bat.

1200 side sets feels great...600 side for removing small chips in razor edges '-)

That looks better than my 325/600.

if in doubt, try hone up a few knifes on it before you take to it with a razor.
