Sample of Penhaligon's English Fern?

Not really sure what to expect as far as scent goes, and was wondering if it was possible to get a sample of this soap before I buy, or at least try and find something very similar in scent that I could take a whiff of so I know what I'd be getting into. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks guys.

Yeah, I just saw that. Fairly disappointing if you ask me. A lot of people that use the old stuff love it I guess. Does the old formulation of Penhaligon's ever pop up on the BST?

Rarely, and if you manage to find it expect to pay a premium for the scarcity.

Pens stuff smells great, but I highly recommend going with the cream.
