So I ordered a 1904/1906 Merkur classic OC and received it with a bent tooth. It is bend downward so doesn't seems to be too much of an issue and I ordered from a popular vender here, so I'd hate to be a pain. Is this enough of an issue that I should return it or just keep shaving?

Personally, I would. It may be a little hassle but when I buy new I expect new and the vendor can easily recoup its losses on shipping and probably with the manufacturer. That's just me though.
If a tooth is bent there is a high probability that it has been dropped.

I agree with Mick and Sean--if a tooth was bent, that means it was dropped somewhere along the line. While the tooth is visible damage, there me other, more subtle damage that would only be revealed when shaving with it. Not worth the chance, if you ask me.

You paid good money for a new, undamaged razor and you should have received a new, undamaged razor. Return it.
I'd return it also. As others have stated about the vendors here, they're a real good bunch of folks!
