All method shavers are wet shavers, but not all wet shavers are method shavers.
Method Shaving has a different approach than standard wet shaving.

Method shave is specific set of processes and products marketed by a specific company.

Method shaving is a very specific and, shall we say, methodical way to shave. B&B's resources on method shaving are superb if you want to learn more. Wet shaving is essentially just shaving using a brush and soap/cream, as opposed to an electric razor or canned foam/gel.
