My apologies, dear Sir. I thought that the gang needed a little more exposure.
Ha, and you were not wrong.
Going through the thread for sure will get me educated (some really nice razors in there), and perhaps even speed up adding that Japanese razor to my collection.

I picked up this razor from eBay with a lucky lowball offer. Nothing spectacular about the blade but I liked the markings on the tang.
One side is along the lines of patent pending or registered trademark. The other is close to handmade best quality and the name kantou(kanto?) Riki
As another note I showed this razor thread and the Japanese stone thread to my local sushi joint chefs who are probably in the 70-80s. They thought these threads were amazing and keep asking for more pics any time I go in.
Looking for something in the SR box I found these so I thought I would share. King Pelican, 14, 38 and 32. The 32 has some of the nicest scales I have ever seen.
